These terms apply to all bookings and enquiries made with Hair By Polina, a sole-trader hairdressing business operating in Findon, Adelaide SA (ABN 86 747 204 832). By booking an appointment or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is advised at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the cost of your service.
Cancellation & rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit paid.
No-shows without prior contact will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay a deposit for all future bookings.
Pricing
All prices listed on this website are "from" (starting) prices only. Final pricing depends on your hair's length, thickness, colour history, desired result, and the amount of product required. Your confirmed price will be discussed before any service begins.
Polina reserves the right to adjust pricing during your appointment if your hair requires additional product, time or correction not apparent at consultation.
Colour corrections and major transformations
Colour corrections, box dye removal, and major transformations require an in-person or photo consultation before booking. A patch test may be required 48 hours prior to your appointment. These services are quoted individually after consultation.
Hair condition and liability
Polina will advise you honestly about the health and condition of your hair before proceeding with any chemical service. If your hair is assessed as too compromised to safely complete the desired service, we may recommend a treatment plan first. Hair By Polina accepts no liability for damage arising from conditions not disclosed at consultation (e.g. previous box dye, recent chemical treatments, or underlying damage).
Studio location
Hair By Polina operates from a private home studio in Findon, Adelaide. The exact address is provided in your booking confirmation. Please do not share the address publicly.
